LADDER HANDRAILS 

 

 

90~90-DEGREE HANDRAIL

COMPONENTS 

 

4 x Handrails 
8 x Bolt: M8x80mm 316SS 
8 x Washer: M8 316SS 
8 x Nyloc Nut: M8 316SS 

 

INSTALLATION 

 

1.

 

Place handrail on inside edge of ladder head stile, ensuring the attachment tabs are orientated down the 
ladder stiles. 

2.

 

Place the M8 bolt through the top handrail tab and through stile. Tighten with nyloc nut. 

3.

 

Drill an 8mm hole through the lower handrail attachment tab into the ladder head stile. 

4.

 

Place the M8 bolt through the bottom handrail tab and through stile. Tighten with nyloc nut. 

5.

 

Repeat the same process to install other handrails. 

 

 
 
 

LADDER CAPS 

 

Product Code: LADER002.CAP

 

1.

 

Place ladder caps into open section at top of stiles. 

2.

 

Use a rubber mallet, gently tap it into stiles.
