Primary Storage
• Primary Storage Media Device
Select the primary storage device.
For 7000 NVR models, select
Internal SSD
. To enable SafeStor
Plus, select
Removable SSD
.
• Primary Storage Media Setup
Single Partition is by default
enabled for Media Setup.
• Enable SafeStor
Select this option to enable SafeStor
Plus. When the Primary Storage
fails or is removed, the NVR records
to the internal SSD. If enabled, the
data transfers during the SafeStor
period which occurs after the
vehicle is no longer in motion, the
ignition has been shut off and the
NVR has stopped recording. If
SafeStor Plus is not enabled, the
data will remain on the internal SSD until it is manually
offl oaded to a removable SSD.
Disk Cleanup Settings
This option allows you to confi gure the setting for deleting
fi les from Primary storage media and create suffi cient space
for recording new data.
• Overwrite When Full
This option will allow user to delete older fi les when storage
is full.
• Overwrite Max Time
This option will allow user to delete fi le if the timestamp of
the fi le is older than specifi ed time. The timestamp of all fi les
will be regurlarly checked at an interval of 1 hour.
• No Overwrite(Stop When Full)
This option will allow user to not delete any fi les from
storage. Recording will be stopped.
Click Save Changes to save changed entries.
Format
Select a device, then click the
Format
button to immediately
format it. The NVR automatically reboots after formatting
the device.
WARNING: Formatting a device completely erases any
saved data, including recorded video.
