Adjust Headrest
Slide headrest up or down so
that the mid point of child’s head
is in the middle of the headrest.
Do not use this child
restraint if the midpoint of
your child’s head is above
the top of the vehicle seat
back or headrest.

Removing Child from Child Restraint
Loosen Harness
Pull on harness strap just
above the harness adjuster on
the outside of the child’s leg.
Repeat for other harness strap.

Release Chest Clip
Press on release button and
pull apart.

Unbuckle
Press red button on buckle to
release the buckle tongues.
Move harness away from
child and remove child.

Tighten Harness
Pull on free end of harness, strap
located on the outside of child’s
leg, until harness is snug.
Repeat for other harness strap.
NOTE:
A snug strap should not
allow any slack. It lies in a
relatively straight line without
sagging. It does not press on the
child’s flesh or push the child’s
body into an unnatural position.
