Problems - Causes - Solutions
The following table indicates the possible error or alarm cause which may lead to a partial or total shutdown of the
appliance.

Coffee does not come out.
- There is no water in the tank.
- The coffee grind is too fine.
- There is too much coffee in the filter
holder.
- The machine is off or disconnected from
the power supply.
- Coffee has been pressed too much.
- Add water.
- Grind the coffee at a medium level.
- Put less coffee into the filter holder.
- Connect the appliance to the
electrical socket and turn it on.
- Fill the filter holder with coffee and
DO NOT press the powder.
Coffee comes out from the edge of
the filter holder.
- The filter has not been rotated until its closed
position.
- There is ground coffee around the edge of the
filter holder.
- There is too much coffee in the filter holder.
- Turn the filter holder until the closed position.
- Wash the filter holder and brew unit gasket.
- Use less coffee.
Coffee is brewed too quickly.
- Coffee grind is too coarse.
- There is not enough coffee in the
filter holder.
- Use a finer grinding.
- Use more coffee.
Coffee is too weak.
- You are using the single-dose filter to
brew a double coffee.
- Coffee grind is too coarse.
- Use the double-dose filter when
brewing a double espresso.
- Use a finer grinding.
Water is not drawn from the tank.
- The water tank is not positioned properly in
the machine.
- Place the water tank properly.
These problems can be considered normal if the coffee
blend has been changed or if the machine has just been
installed.
