Fault
Possible causes
Display shows
“Err”
-- The UNISAB S-Control has not been reset to factory settings.
-- The compressor type is set to 0.
-- The refrigerant is set to 0.

Display shows
“AL1”
Fault on feed-back from compressor motor starter
-- No feed-back within 15 seconds after the motor has been
started, or
-- Feedback is still active 15 seconds after stoppage.

“AL2”
The motor current limiting function has tried for 5 minutes unsuccess-
fully to reduce the current so that it stays within the permitted limits.

“AL3”
Fault on compressor motor thermistor
-- Motor termperature too high.
-- Thermistor or bridge not fitted or defective.

“AL4”
Oil flow switch
-- Oil too cold.
-- Too much refrigerant in the oil (foaming).
-- Insufficient oil in the oil separator.
Display shows
“AL5”
Capacity slide defective
-- Throttle valve in the hydraulic system is not sufficiently open
(movement too slow).
-- Slide has become stuck.
-- Position measurement incorrectly adjusted or defective.
-- Defective solenoid valve.
Display shows
” -- ECO”
Economizer is off because operating conditions are beyond
the permitted operating limits. Please refer to the chapter
entitled
Configuration
and to the compressor manual.
Display shows
” --CAP”
Start or engagement of capacity not possible because:
a) suction pressure close to low limit
or
b) discharge pressure close to high limit
or
c) motor current close to high limit (only during operation).
