Locking/unlocking with the traditional key

• Remove the key from the remote control by
pressing the emblem.
• Unlock the door with the key.
The car alarm (if fitted) will be tripped. To
silence the alarm, insert the remote control into
the ignition switch and turning this to ON.
Convertible has a lockable glove compartment.
Use the traditional key.
Central locking (operated from inside the car,
driver side)
Child safety locks
When the child safety lock is in the locked posi-
tion, the door can only be opened from the
outside. Insert a screwdriver or the key
contained inside the remote control into the child
safety lock. Turn it 45° in the direction shown on
the label on the door.
