5 Turn on exterior and cabin lighting/panic alarm

1 Locking/setting the alarm: press once to 

lock and set the alarm.

2 Unlocking/deactivating the alarm: press 

once to unlock the driver’s door and deacti-
vate the alarm. Pressing a second time will 
unlock all remaining doors. 

3 Remote window operation (optional): 

Pressing and holding this button when 
outside the car will open all closed windows 
and sunroof.

4 To open the trunk: press once, the lid 

unlocks and slightly opens. (Your dealer 
can program your car so one press only 
unlocks the trunk lid).
To unlock the tailgate (SportCombi)

5 Pressing this button will activate/deactivate 

the interior lights and exterior front parking 
lights and rear brake lights. (Called "Cour-
tesy Headlamp" function.) Pressing and 
holding this button will activate/deactivate 
"panic alarm". Alarm siren will sound. (You 
can also press and hold one of the lock/
unlock buttons on the front doors to activate 
the alarm when seated in the vehicle.)

driver´s seat is operated with a control on the 
outside of the seat.
