SPECIFIC SAFETY RULES FOR GENERATOR SPECIFICATIONS

ACCESSORIES
1. Exhaust fumes are poisonous. Never operate engine
indoors.
2. Fuel is highly flammable. Stop engine when Refuling
and never near naked flames.
3. No smoking when refueling.
4. Take care not to spill fuel when refueling.
5. Never operate in rain, snow or any wet weather.
6. Avoid placing flammables in the vicinity of the
engine.
Keep more than 1 meter away.
7. After starting the generator, some parts of engines
and exhaust (such as muffler, pipe, cylinder head and
etc) will be very hot, do pay attention to the warnings
on the generator, don’t touch them when generator
being operated or 10 minutes after the closed.

8. Never touch the generator with wet hands.
9. Do not cover the generator with a cloth.
The machine
needs a free flow of air to operate.
10. Always ground (earth) the generator.
11. Do not connect the generator to commercial power
outlet.
12. Do not connect the gnerator with another generator.
13. Do not fill above fuel filter top.
14. Fuel is easily evaporated . After refuel please screw
the tank cover tightly ,please use unleaded gasoline
#93 or more .

In the case that the specifications of the battery are 12V
and more than 45A.h, connect its positive lead to the
electromagnetic coil while connect its negative lead to
engine mount strew, base screw or any place capable of
grounding with the engine well.
Make sure the battery leads are connected tightly and no
corrosion. If any, eliminate it.
Throttle and choke levers are designed with holes for
optional cable accessories.
1. The diagram shows the installation method of single
strand cable and woven cable.
a) Remote-controlled choke valve and Remote-con-
trolled throttle valve. (Fig. 2, 3)
● The battery may give off explosive gas, keep sparks,
flames and cigarettes away. Charge or use it in an area
with good ventilation.
● The battery contains sulfuric acid (electrolyte). Contact
with skin or eyes may cause severe burns. Wear
protective clothing and a face shield. If electrolyte gets in
your skin, flush with water; if gets in your eyes, flush with
water for at least 15 minutes and call a physician at once.
● Electrolyte is poisonous. If swallowed, drink large
quantities of water or milk, and follow with milk of
magnesia or vegetable oil and call a physician.
● Keep out of reach of children.
CAUTION!
● Do not add tap water to the battery instead of distilled
water, or the battery life will be shortened.
● Do not add distilled water over electrolyte upper level
mark, or electrolyte will spill out to corrupt the engine
parts. If so, be sure to wash them away with water.
● Make sure not to connect the battery leads in reverse
order, or short-circuit or breaker’s cutting may occur.
