Please follow these steps
1. Make sure the
Video Converter
is connected to computer
2. Windows 8 users must downloaded the latest version of Magix video Easy software from our
website. Please
click here
to download it.
3. Go to your device manager (If you cannot find device manager, go to
Run

button + Button

together and you will see

with a yellow mark under the other devices
