OPERATION
To prevent possible bodily injury:
• Place all controls in Disengaged position.
•
DO NOT place hands & feet
under unit at any time. Hands or
feet can be cut or severed by
machinery.
•
Operators and / or bystanders
should keep a safe distance
from all moving parts of the JR
Sodcutter.
•
DO NOT operate this equipment unless you
have thoroughly read and completely
understand the controls and operating
sections of this operators/parts manual.
•
DO NOT operate sodcutter without all
guards in place. DO NOT make any
adjustments or perform any maintenance
while engine is running.
•
Never start or run the engine inside where
exhaust fumes can collect. Carbon
monoxide present in the exhaust is an
odorless and deadly gas. Provide enough
fresh air to keep fumes from getting too
strong.
•
Gasoline is extremely flammable and highly
explosive under certain conditions.
ALWAYS stop engine and DO NOT smoke
or allow open flames or sparks when
refueling.
•
Any warning decal that becomes illegible
should be replaced immediately. When
replacing engine, replace sound level
warning decal (Part No. 524538).
•
If a malfunction should occur, cease
operation immediately. DO NOT operate
sodcutter until the condition has been
corrected.
