INFORMATION ABOUT HAZARDOUS WASTE
Used products should be handled separately from
household waste. They should be taken for recycling in
accordance with local rules for waste management.
1. Check that the cooking container and the heating plate are clean.
2. Put the cooking container into the cooking unit. Fill the cooking container with rice and
water. Turn the cooking container slightly to the right and left.
IMPORTANT! If you do not put the cooking container correctly into the cooking unit, the
cooking will not start and this may break the rice cooker.
Use the steaming grill if you are cooking fish or vegetables, for example.
3. Put the lid on.
4. Make sure the power cord is attached securely to the rice cooker and is properly
plugged into the socket.
5. Turn the switch on beside the power cord, then turn on the on/off switch on the front
off the rice cooker, the COOK indicator lamp turns on when the cooking has started.
IMPORTANT! Never switch the rice cooker on before filling the cooking container with
water (and rice).
6. The rice cooker turns off automatically when the rice is done. The COOK indicator lamp
turns off and the WARM lamp comes on. Leave the lid on for at least 15 minutes to
give the rice time to steam.
7. Pull the plug out of the socket after each time you use it. Hold the plug, do not pull on
the power cord.
IMPORTANT!
Do not touch the ventilation opening on the lid as this may cause burns.
