ADJUSTING THE LENGTH
• You can fine tune the length of the Suspension Trainer to get exactly the movement
and resistance that you want.
•
To Shorten:
Grab the strap to be adjusted and push down on the buckle release with
your thumb. With your other hand, grab the red strap and pull away from your body
while holding the buckle release. When the desired length is reached, release strap.
• Repeat on other side making sure that both straps are equal in length in the end.
•
To Lengthen:
Grab both buckles, one in each hand, and while holding down the
buckle release with your thumbs, pull the straps towards you instead, away from the
direction of the anchor. When the desired length is reached, release the straps.
PAY ATTENTION! That the straps are not twisted or jammed in any way before setting
the length and beginning your exercise.
FOOT LOOPS
The Suspension trainer has foot loops under the handles to allow even more flexibility in
the different exercises that can be performed.
•
To start:
Adjust the straps so that the bottoms of the foot loops are between 20–30cm
off the ground.
•
For heels (facing upwards):
Sit facing the Suspension trainer. Make sure the straps
aren’t twisted. Lean backwards and place both heels in the respective loops, making
sure that they are secure. Lay down with your back against the floor and stretch your
legs to begin the exercise.

For toes (facing downwards):
Sit facing the Suspension Trainer. Make sure the straps
aren’t twisted. Place right foot (toes first) into the foot loop on the left. Cross your left
foot over your right leg and repeat the same procedure for the left foot. When both feet
are secured, roll to your right letting the toes spin in the loops until you are facing the
ground. Place your arms on the ground and stretch your legs to begin the exercise.

• Exercising with the Suspension Trainer is built on resistance and each movement can
be scaled to suit your own needs. To increase resistance move away from the straps
increasing your body angle from the anchor point; to decrease resistance , move
closer to the anchor point by decreasing your body angle.
• There are hundreds of exercises that can be performed with the Suspension Trainer.
