Select the variable speed control (Fig. D) to operate the unit. We recommend first
starting on a low speed and increasing the speed as needed, depending on the
desired consistency of the food being processed. Use the mid to max speed range
for this accessory.

Work the stick blender/ balloon whisk through the ingredients with a gentle circular
movement and up and down movement.
NOTE:
Do not operate the stick blender/ balloon whisk before inserting it into the
food being mixed.

After processing food and to avoid the main body from becoming dirty, you can
rotate the ring design (D) and rest the unit on the work surface (Fig. E)

After use, unplug the blender and turn the blending attachment/ balloon whisk anti-
clockwise to unlock and remove it. (Fig. C)
10. Clean the unit and the attachments thoroughly.
