This drink is high in B group vitamins, vitamin C, and the mineral
calcium.
Ingredients:
1 parsnip
½ green capsicum
1 broccoli
2 carrots
1 sweet potato
1 celery stick
For a sweeter taste, add more carrot or parsnip.

Ingredients:
