choose the amount of cooking time desired.
3. Again, after choosing the desired period of cooking time, press START/ +30SEC/
CONFIRM to start cooking.

The time and the defrosting power levels are adjusted automatically once the weight is
programmed in.
FOR EXAMPLE: Suppose you want to defrost food.
1. Place food to be defrosted into the microwave.
2. Press the WEIGHT DEFROST button once and the screen will display dEF1.
3. Turn the control dial to select the necessary weight of your food. The range is 100-2000g.
4. Now Press START/ +30SEC./ CONFIRM to start defrosting.

The weight and the defrosting power levels are adjusted automatically once the time has been
programmed in.
FOR EXAMPLE: Suppose you want to defrost food.
1. Place food to be defrosted into the microwave.
2. Press the TIME DEFROST button twice and the screen will display dEF2.
3. Turn the control dial to select the desired defrost cycle time. The range goes up to 95
minutes.
4. Now Press START/ +30SEC./ CONFIRM to start defrosting. The defrost power is P30 and
it cannot be changed.
