10. DETECTION OF FAULTS
When the engine does not start check :
1. If there is enough fuel.
2. If the fuel valve is open (ON).
3. If gasoline reaches the machine buretor.
To check this, open the saddle drainage rub with fuel valve on
the ON position (photo, poz. 1.2).
WARNING:
If gasoline is spilled, make sure to wipe the gasoline trace before
switching to spark plug check.
Spilled gasoline or gasoline vapors can catch fire.
4. If the engine contact is in the ON position
5. If there is enough oil in the engine.
6. If there are sparks on the spark plug.
a. Remove the spark plug. Remove the spark plug and clean any impurities from
the spark plug electrodes.
b. Mount the spark plug in the pipe.
c. Put the engine contact on the ON position
d. Put the side electrode of the spark plug in connection with the engine housing
and pull the starter handle.
e. If sparks do not occur, then change the spark plug. If it's okay, try to start as
instructedto some.
7. If the engine does not start, take the motor pump to an authorized Ruris service.
When the motor pump does not pump, check :
1. If the pump is primed.
2. If the sorb is clogged.
3. If the fixing necklaces are firmly tightened.
4. Unless the hoses are damaged.
