After modifying the configuration parameters in the factory parameters, such
as direction polarity, control method, laser source type and laser frequency,
the system needs to be reset, and the modification takes effect when the reset
is completed.
Feeding parameters
Delay before feeding: the time can be set from 0 to 300s. After the previous work is
completed and the value is delayed, the feeding axis starts to move. During the delay period, it
is convenient for users to load and pick materials on the feeding device.
Delay after feeding:
the time can be set from 0 to 9.9s, which is convenient for the
feeding device to move in place, delay to shake and wait for the feeding axis completely static
before performing the second work.
Progressive feeding:
if the progressive feeding function is enabled, the virtual array
graphics in the Y direction will be processed at the same position. For each processing, the
feeding axis moves one time.
Progressive feeding compensation: because of the inaccuracy of the feeding axis
motion, the feeding length can be compensated by setting this item.
Finish feeding: after enabling, the last processing will end after feeding.
U axis working speed: the working speed of U axis.
Rotary engraving
Enable rotary engraving: after enabling rotary engraving, the actual Y axis accuracy
will be matched according to the diameter, circumferential pulse setting, and axis pulse
accuracy setting. Besides, the Y axis breadth display of the main interface will also switch
between the rotation and plane processing methods.
Circumferential pulse: the number of motor pulse corresponding to one rotation of
the workpiece.
Workpiece diameter: the diameter size of parts to be processed.
Circumferential pulse test speed: working speed during testing.
Z axis mode
Z axis drive: select the Z axis drive mode as motor/IO.
Lifting height: the lifting height of the Z axis in IO mode.
Falling height: the falling height of the Z axis in IO mode.
Z axis working speed: the working speed of Z axis.
Speed parameters
Manual low speed:
the speed of manual motion shaft at slow speed.
Manual high speed:
the speed of manual motion shaft at fast speed.
Frame speed:
the speed of frame when laser off.
Cutting frame speed:
the speed of walking frame when laser on.
