5.7.8.   Serial Setup 

There  are two RS232 menus (One for external devices connected  via the DB -9 pin, and the other for 

PTZ setting) and one RS 422/485 menu. 

 

 

Device 

Designate the  connected external device.   

 

Interface  

Used to designate the protocol on the RS422/RS485 Menu.   

 

Baud rate/Parity/Stop (bit)/Data (bit) 

Each value should be set according to  the specifications of the  connected external device.
