No power, or loss of power:
• Make sure the vacuum switch is ON.
• Make sure the mains cable is
plugged in and is switched on.
• Check your mains fuse box to see if a
fault in another electrical device has
tripped on the same circuit.
• Check the RESET BUTTON on top
of the machine as this may have
popped up if the circuit tripped. If it
has, push it back down.
If the above solutions did not work,
please return the machine to the store.
Loss of vacuum power:
• Check the grey hose connection
on the back of the machine is fitted
correctly.
• Ensure the filter in the clear dome is
clear of debris. Remove and wash
with hot tap water if necessary.
• Make sure the clear dome is sitting
flush on the white recovery tank for a
tight seal.
Machine isn’t spraying or extracting
the dirty water:
• Make sure there is cleaning solution
in the red base tank. Empty soiled
water from the white recovery tank.
• Check the clear braided hose on
