Fuel
4.1 Quality
Use only good quality fuel if you want to get the best out
of your fireplace. Use
untreated logs with 20% maxi-
mum residual moisture .
For maxim
um heating efficiency (1 kg ≈ 4.5 kWh), the
wood should be stored in a dry and roofed area for at
least 2 months.
Wood with high moisture content provides less heat and
will also cause soot to build up on the ceramic glass.
The following should never be used as fuel:

Damp wood, chipboard or glued wood
●
Wood chippings, bark waste
●
Plastics, packaging materials
●
Liquids, solvents
●
Household waste
●
Dangerous or toxic waste, medicinal products
●
Electronic parts
4.2 Wood loads
The following maximum wood quantities are allowed:
