EXTENDING THE FOOT SUPPORT
To extend the foot support to the desired length, either release the hand wheel (1), or if
you have selected the optional magnetic switch for the PODOLOG
®
MOON Professional,
then keep the release mechanism for the magnetic switch (2) depressed.
RISK OF INJURY/DAMAGE
To prevent the foot support from falling downward, and thus either injuring the
clinician or damaging the treatment chair, fi rmly hold the foot support when re-
leasing the arrest.
When moving the treatment chair downward, the foot supports must always be
retracted, otherwise when setting down the foot rests on the fl oor plate, either the
fl oor plate and/or the foot supports can be damaged.
