The Digital Inclinometer app retrieves the reel and probe information during each
connection. The RST support team may require information on the reel and/or probe
information for diagnostic purposes.
The reel and probe information are available by tapping the Measure icon at the bottom left
corner of the bottom status bar followed by tapping the Devices selection. The Digital
Inclinometer App displays a listing of available reels grouped into two categories:
•
MY DEVICES lists the reels that are within Bluetooth coverage of the app and that the
app had connected in the past. The app attempts to automatically connect to one of the
reels in the MY DEVICES list when the app is launched. De-activate the reels from the
MY DEVICES list by tapping the FORGET label. Figure 28 shows a sample Devices list.
•
AVAILABLE DEVICES lists the reels that are within Bluetooth coverage of the app. The
app does not automatically connect to these reels. Select any of the devices from this list
to activate into the MY DEVICES list.

The Reel ID is typically displayed as DRxxxx where xxxx is the last 4 digits of the serial
number. The user should always check the serial number of the reel with the connected
serial number on the app. If the connected reel is not the desired reel, select the desired reel
from the list.
Select a different reel to connect or view the information on the current connected reel and
probe.

ROBE INFORMATION
The Android app extracts information from the connected reel and probe. The user may
view the information by tapping the information icon as shown in Figure 29.
