3. Set cooking pot in cooker.To place correctly,turn pan gently
to right and left. Close the cover firmly.
4. Attach the cord to the cooker and plug it in.Do not plug it until
ready to cook. Otherwise,rice maybe spoiled.If the cooking
pot is not in the cooker,working will not begin.
5. Press switch.Red cooking indicator light tells you that the
cooking has started.
6. When the rice is done,the switch will pops up and click will
sound. At the same time ”COOK” light will go out and “Warm”
light will go on, indicating the “WARM” function will be
continued to keep the rice warm. After the switch pops up,
leave covered for 15 minutes to steam rice.
7. Unplug after use. Grasp the plug, not the cord.
COOKING HINTS
1. Washing rice: bran gives an unpleasant odor to cooker rice.
To remove bran, rice should be washed thoroughly in
lukewarm water. However,washing rice may cause loss of
vitamins and nutrition.
2. “Warm ” feature:using this feature for more than 12 hours
may cause rice discoloration or odor. The sooner rice is
served, the better it will taste. “WARM” should be used
during meal.
