ATTENTION!

Read all safety warnings and all

instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and

instructions may result in an electric shock, fire and/

or serious injury or even death.

Whenever „device“ or „product“ are used in the warnings

and instructions, it shall mean Pastries Deep Fat Fryer. Do

not use in very humid environments or in the direct vicinity

of water tanks. Prevent the device from getting wet. Risk of

electric shock! When in use, do not put your hands or other

items inside the device!
2.1. ELECTRICAL SAFETY

a)

The  plug  must  fit  the  socket.  Do  not  modify  the

plug in any way. Using original plugs and matching

sockets reduces the risk of electric shock.

b)  Avoid touching earthed elements such as pipes,

heaters, boilers and refrigerators. There is an

increased risk of electric shock if the earthed device

is exposed to rain, in direct contact with a wet surface

or operating in a humid environment. Water getting

into the device increases the risk of damage to the

device and of electric shock.

c)

Do not touch the device with wet or damp hands.

d)

Use the cable only in accordance with its designated

use. Never use it to carry the device or to pull the

plug out of a socket. Keep the cable away from heat

sources, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged

or tangled cables increase the risk of electric shock.

e)

If working with the device outside, make sure to use

an extension cable suitable for external use. Using an

extension cable suitable for external use reduces the

risk of electric shock.

f)

If using the device in a humid environment cannot

be avoided, a residual current device (RCD) should

be applied. The use of an RCD reduces the risk of

electric shock

2.2. SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE

a)  Make sure the workplace is orderly and well lit.

A messy or poorly lit workplace may lead to accidents.

Try to think ahead, observe what is going on and use

common sense when working with the device.

b)  Do not use the device in an explosion hazard

zone,  for  example  in  the  presence  of  flammable

liquids, gasses or dust. The device may under some

circumstances generate sparks which may ignite

dust or fumes.

c)  Upon discovering damage or irregular operation,

immediately  switch  the  device  off  and  report  it  to

a supervisor without delay.

d)

If there are any doubts as to the correct operation

3.2. PREPARING FOR USE

Appliance location

The temperature of the environment must not be higher

than 40°C and the relative humidity should be less than

85%. Ensure good ventilation in the room in which the

device is used. The distance between each side of the

device and the wall or other objects should be at least 10

cm. Keep the device away from hot surfaces. Operate the

device on flat, stable, clean, fire-proof and dry surfaces out

of the reach of children and people with mental disabilities.

Install the device making sure that constant access to the

main plug is ensured. The power cord connected to the

appliance must be properly grounded and correspond to

the technical details!

Before  first  use,  remove  all  components  and  clean  them

along with the entire device.

To ensure a long and failure-free operation of machines

from Royal Catering, we recommend turning on the main

switch only if the temperature control is set to 0. Using the

main switch while the temperature control indicates any

other value than 0 could limit the operating life of the main

switch significantly.

ATTENTION!

3.3. DEVICE USE

1.

Fill the tanks with oil so that level is between the

marks of minimum and maximum level. To avoid

damaging the thermostat use only oil or liquid fat.

It is not recommended to fill the container with solid

fats- such fats should be pre-melted.

2.

Set the temperature control knob (thermostat) to “0”

and connect the plug to an electrical outlet. Green

LED will light up.

3.

Set the desired temperature to which the appliance

will heat the oil, the orange LED lights up. After the

desired temperature is reached, the LED goes out.

Now you can start frying the food. The thermostat

maintains the desired temperature by automatically

turning the heating element on or off.

4.

Insert the product intended for frying into the frying

basket, and then immerse the filled basket in oil.

5.

The lid is used to maintain the heat and prevents dirt

from getting inside. Before placing the lid make sure

there is no water on it.
