4.2 Cleaning
The infra-red table radiant heater should be covered after each use to prevent contamination
by impurities.
Do not cover the device until it has fully cooled down.
If the device has nevertheless become dirty, observe the following notes during cleaning:

Always clean the infra-red table radiant heater while cool.

Pull out mains plug before any work.

Only clean the device with a dry, soft cloth. Never use strong and/or abrasive cleaning
agents.
4.3 Maintenance
Note that only original parts may be used for repair and maintenance work. Contact the
ROWI Service Centre if need be (see Chapter 6).
4.4 Troubleshooting
Fault
Possible cause(s)
Remedy
Device does not start.
The device is
connected to a socket,
but the heating tube
does not light up.
No power or voltage too
low.
The device is not
switched on.
The anti-tipping protection
has
triggered.
Make sure that the connector is
plugged into the socket. Check
the power supply voltage.
Check the setting
on the ON/FF switch of the
heating element and move this
to the "I" position, if need be, to
switch on the device.
Check how the
device is standing. The
protection against tipping over
automatically triggers and
switches off the heating tube.
Set up the device vertically.
