Maintenance Procedures

Rovema VPK Operators Manual

Weekly Maintenance

Each week, use the following procedure to maintain the bagmaker.

Remove the jaw drive covers and inspect the timing belts for wear

and proper tensioning.

Check that all of the film guide rollers are moving freely.

Inspect the Teflon tape on the forming tube.

Check that the guard door switches and the EMERGENCY STOP

switch are working properly.
