製品に表示されている製造番号や型式等は、製品の要素
の一部です。これらを消したり外したりする事を含み、
製品の改造は適合性と保証を無効にします。
使用目的
工作機械では、加工中に発生する熱を排出するために、
クーラントを使用します。
クーラントは、加工ツールやワークの回転運動によって
弾き飛ばされ、機械のキャビン内部や内部監視用の窓に
液により幕を形成します。
その結果として、外からの視界は遮られます。
ロトクリアは、工作機械の窓の内側に取付けられます。
ロトクリアのロータは、回転する事で降りかかるクーラ
ントや切粉を弾き飛ばします。
これにより視界がクリアになり、セットアップや機械加
工のプロセスが明確に観察できます。
図１に示すように、カメラは工作機械の窓(Ａ)とロトク
リアのステータの固定ガラス(Ｂ)の間の隙間に位置しま
す。(Ｄ)は、接着バージョンの接着部目隠し用のカバー
パネルです
。
カメラヘッドは機械の内部である②の方向を向きます。
①が、オペレータ側になります。
機械内部の希望する領域を映すために、カメラヘッドは
水平/垂直方向に向きを調整できます。
クーラントや切粉を弾き飛ばすロトクリアのロータ(Ｃ)
の内側に配置される事で、カメラは良好な
視界
を得る事
ができます。
ロトクリアとロトクリアビジョンの用途は、フライス
盤、工作機械、マシニングセンタ、CNC旋盤、検査スタン
ドでの使用を対象としています。
クーラントジェット（ノズル）は意図的に直接ロトクリ
アに向けないで下さい。
水やクーラントに、完全又は部分的に浸された状態では
ロトクリアは使用しないで下さい。
ロトクリア内に液体が浸入している場合は、ロトクリア
S3の取付け状態と運転状態を確認して下さい。
カメラは水の飛沫（保護
等級
IP64）から保護されていま
す。しかしそれにも関わらず、

はカメラを故障
させる可能性があります。

The type plate is an integral element of the equipment.
Any modification of the equipment, including removing
the type plate, voids the conformity and warranty.
Intended use
Machine tools use coolant to evacuate heat generated
during machining. Coolant is propelled by the rotational
motion of the tool or workpiece and forms a film on the
interior of the safety enclosure and/or its inspection
windows.
The view is impaired as a result. Rotoclear is mounted
on the inside of the existing inspection window of the
machine tool door. The rotating window or the rotor of
Rotoclear propels the coolant film and chips that collect
in the enclosure away to the outside. This creates a clear
line of sight to the setup and machining process.

Figure 1 shows how the Rotoclear Vision camera
is installed in the interior. It is located between the
machine window (A) with cover (D) and stator window
(B). The camera is oriented toward the interior of the
machine (2). The operator side is marked with (1). The
camera head can be oriented horizontally and vertically
to capture the desired area of the machine’s interior.
By being positioned behind the rotating window (C), the
camera also has a clear view of the interior.
The intended use for Rotoclear and therefore also for
Rotoclear Vision exclusively covers use in milling machi-
nery, machine tools, machining centers, CNC lathes, and
inspection stands. Do not direct the coolant jet directly
and intentionally against the inspection window.
Do not operate the equipment fully or partially sub-
merged in water or coolant. Check the installation
parameters of Rotoclear S3 if the equipment is pene-
trated by liquid. The camera is protected against spray
water (protection class IP64). However, any form of liquid
can nevertheless cause the camera to fail.
