stets selbst reinigen. Für eine klare Sicht ist es essentiell,
dass kein Medium, auch nebelartige Kühlschmierstoffe,
auf die stehende Scheibe gelangt und dort Verunreini
-
gungen hinterlässt. Insbesondere verursachen in der Luft
verwirbelte Kleinstmengen von Kühlschmierstoff Schei
-
benverkrustungen und Verunreinigungen.
Rotorwechsel
Durch starke Verschmutzung, Beschädigung oder Bruch
aufgrund eines Crashes mit abgebrochenen Werkzeug-
oder Werkstückteilen kann es notwendig werden den
Rotor zur Reinigung auszubauen oder zu tauschen.
Schalten Sie das gesamte Gerät inkl. Leuchte aus,
lassen Sie es 5 Minuten abkühlen und entfernen Sie nach
dem Auslaufen die Schraube in der Mitte. Entnehmen Sie
den Rotor mithilfe eines kleinen Saughebers. Das Aushe
-
beln des Rotors durch einen Gegenstand, der in den Spalt
gesteckt wird, führt leicht zu Beschädigungen. Dies führt
zum Verlust der Gewährleistung des Systems.
Falls der Rotor beschädigt sein sollte, tragen Sie
geeignete Schnittschutzhandschuhe. Wir empfehlen, eine
Ersatzscheibe vorzuhalten und diese im Wechsel einzu-
setzen und zu reinigen. Dadurch sind klare Sicht auf das
Geschehen und somit optimale Fertigungsvorausset-
zungen jederzeit gegeben.
Der Rotor ist ein Verschleißteil. Verschmutzung oder
Beschädigung der Scheibe durch Späne oder sonstige
Teile stellen kein Reklamationsgrund dar. Wird die rotie-
rende Scheibe von einem wegfliegenden Teil getroffen,
so muss der Rotor sofort getauscht werden. Betreiben
Sie die camera nie ohne aufgesetzten Rotor. Sofern die
Maschine in der Zwischenzeit betrieben werden soll, ist
die Rotoclear camera sicher vor Eindringen und Beschä-
digungen durch Späne, Partikel, Ölen, Kühlschmierstoff
bzw. anderweitigen Medien zu schützen und komplett
auszuschalten. Andernfalls kann die Rotoclear camera
beschädigt und unbrauchbar werden. Dies hat einen
Verlust der Gewährleistung zur Folge.

Changing the rotor
An excessive amount of contaminants, damage, or
breakage due to a crash with broken tool or workpiece
parts may make it necessary to remove the rotor for
cleaning or replacement.
Turn off the device including light off, wait for 5
minutes to cool down the camera head and then remove
the centre screw of the rotor. Apply a small vacuum
lifting tool and pull off the rotor. Do not stick any tools or
subjects into the labyrinth gap which would easily damage
the system and invalidate the warranty.
Risk of cutting damage: when the rotor is damaged,
wear cut-resistant gloves. and remove the screw in the
middle after it has coasted to a standstill. We recom
-
mend keeping a replacement disk on hand and installing/
cleaning it in alternation. This ensures a clear view of what
is going on and hence optimal manufacturing conditions
at all times.
The rotor is a wear part. If the window is dirty or damaged
due to chips or other parts, this does not constitute
grounds for a claim.
If the rotating disk is impacted by a part that has been
flung off, the rotor will need to be replaced immediately.
Never operate the camera without a rotor installed. If the
machine is to be operated in the interim, the Rotoclear
camera is to be securely protected against the penetra-
tion and damage by chips, particles, oils, cooling lubricants
and/or other media, and completely shut down. Other-
wise, the Rotoclear camera may be damaged and become
unusable. This will result in a loss of the warranty.
