G
this process, adhere to these instructions for use.
• Only have experienced individuals operate the lift.
• Keep plastic films and other packaging material
away from children. There is a risk of suffocation.
• It is prohibited to remain either fully or partly
beneath the extended lift.
• Ensure that you wear appropriate clothing – avoid
loose clothing and jewellery which may become
caught in the moving parts of the lift.
• Beware of the risk of crushing hands and feet when
lowering the lift.
• Safety equipment must not be removed.
• The assembly lift is tested for a maximum vehicle
weight of 400 kg. Do not use it for vehicles heavier
than this.
• The lift is placed under the vehicle so that the plat-
forms rest against the lower frame tubes below the
engine. Therefore, check that the frame tubes are
easily accessible first of all – projecting parts such
as engine guards, engine components, primary
drive housing, plastic parts, exhausts or manifolds
are not suitable bearing surfaces! If fairings and
exhausts are in the way, they may have to be remo
ved. The lift is suitable for maximum frame widths of
32 cm. The frame must have a ground clearance of
at least 14 cm.
• Before using the lift, always check that your vehicle
meets the above requirements!
• Ensure that no cables, tubes or rods can be squa-
shed or bent when you use the lift.
• Since this is a universal lift and not intended just
for one particular vehicle, it is important to ensure
that it is suitable for your type of bike before you
use the lift for the first time. Always follow the
instructions in your owner’s manual and the direc-
tions of the vehicle manufacturer. This is essential,
as improper use of this product or its unsuitability
for a particular motorcycle could impair the road
safety and/or condition of the motorcycle
• Only use the lift on a solid, perfectly level surface,
but never directly on sand, soft ground or similar
substrates. A sufficiently sturdy slab of wood, metal
or concrete can be used as an underlay if neces-
sary.
• Ensure that there is sufficient lighting.
• Do not use the lift in areas with a risk of explosion.
• Always secure the loaded lift with the locking lever
and lash the vehicle tightly to the lift with tensio
ning straps, applying the appropriate tensile force.
• Always secure the front rollers of the loaded lift with
the locking brakes.
• Do not lean or pull on the raised vehicle under any
circumstances – there is a risk of it falling over.
• Every time you use the lift, check for damaged or
missing parts and safety fixtures. Operation is not
permitted in this state.
• In commercial establishments, the applicable
accident prevention regulations laid down by the
appropriate trade associations must be observed.
• This product is designed for use in the private
domain only.
5. Intended use
The hydraulic lift is designed for lifting two-wheeled
vehicles and smaller quads for maintenance purpo-
ses. It is prohibited to use the lift to lift people or to
misuse it for purposes other than that intended. In
the event of any unauthorised modification to the lift,
the manufacturer will no longer be liable for reliable
operation or for the occurrence of personal injury
and material damage.
6. Transport and storage
Once you have removed the hydraulic lift from the
packaging, store it in a closed room that is protected
from the elements.
The room temperature should be b1°C
and +55°C with a max. humidity of 80%. Use hard
wax vehicle care products (except on the rubber
platforms) to also protect the hydraulic lift from
corrosion.
