e. Install polyacetal washer #10, SS washer #19, and
external circlip #17 on top of pinion. Check for free
rotation of pinion.
f. Apply recommended grease over the bore of the body; avoid excess grease.
g. Rotate the pinion so that the dot on the pinion is positioned close to the two dots on
the top pad of the actuator body for accurate pinion alignment.
For CCW assembly dot on the pinion is positioned close to the two dots on the top
pad of the actuator body, then assemble piston.
For CW assembly dot on the pinion is positioned close to the single dot on the top
pad of the actuator body, then assemble piston
