INSTRUCTION MANUAL

This universal stand mixer is suitable for numerous jobs involved in the preparation
of food. Read this manual before using it and make sure you follow the safety
instructions.
•
BEFORE THE FIRST USE
o
Pull out the mains plug before every time you insert or remove the
attachments/accessories.
o
Clean all the accessories with a little washing up liquid in warm water. Only wipe
the motor base with a damp cloth.

FEATURES

Dough hook (7):
Kneading dough for cakes and bread (max. 1kg of flour)
o
Beater (8):
Mixing fruit, vegetables, soups, liquids for drinks, etc.
o
Balloon whisk (9):
Whipping cream, mayonnaise, egg, mousse, puddings, light
dough for cakes, etc.

HOW TO USE YOUR STAND MIXER
o
Press the tilt button (5) and lift the paddle (4) up to the stop.
o
Place the main bowl (2) on the motor base (1) and turn it to the left until it locks
into place.
o
If you want to use the splashguard, you must place it on the main bowl (2) at this
stage.
o
Insert the attachment you want (7, 8 or 9) on the designated shaft under the arm
(5) as show in Figures A and B. The attachment must be tight and secure.
o
Now place the ingredients you want in the main bowl (2).
o
NOTE:
Not all of the ingredients must be placed in at the once. You can keep adding
them by lifting the arm or through the opening in the splashguard (3).
o
Press the tilt button (5) to tip the attachment arm back.
o
Turn the settings knob (6) slowly to the right to avoid splashing.
o
Adjust the speed to suit the consistency and the ingredients in the main bowl (2).

TIPS
o
Turn the mixer off from time to time to scrape the mixture off the sides of the bowl
and the attachment with the spatula (10).
o
If you are making heavy bread dough, do not use more that 1kg of flour.
