the 1-year warranty period expires, contact Customer Care for
assistance. If we confirm
a defect covered by this limited warranty, it will be
ROSSWAN ’s
decision as to whether we will:
(I)replace your ROSSWAN AUSTERE device with either a new or a
refurbished ROSSWAN AUSTERE device that is the same as or
similar to the ROSSWAN AUSTERE device you purchased;
(ii) repair your ROSSWAN AUSTERE device using either new or
refurbished parts.
If we find that the defect in your ROSSWAN AUSTERE device is not
covered under this limited warranty, we will notify you about the
service alternatives that are available on a fee basis.
If we find that your ROSSWAN AUSTERE device is not defective,
we will notify you and return your ROSSWAN AUSTERE device to
you.
