NWE-TS User Manual (Iss. 01)

• “

System

” and “

Video

 

system

” refer to the mix of interconnected production and terminal 

equipment in which the NWE-TS operates.

• “

TS

” refers to MPEG-2 Transport Stream. A group of one or more Programs which are 

carried together, along with information that describes the contents of the TS and its 
Programs to allow receivers to select the appropriate components for presentation to the 
viewer.

• “

TSID

” refers to a Transport Stream Identifier. This value identifies the content source of 

an MPEG-2 transport stream.
