“MENU”
and then using the

keys to select
“Utility”
. Press the key to enter the
“Utility”
menu.
There are three functions as follows:
a. Upgrade
b. System Information
c. Calendar
8.1 Upgrade
This enables the receiver software to be upgraded.
If this becomes necessary then you will need
the following:
a. A PC (or laptop)
b. A special RS232 cable
c. Software Programme to use for loading your new Receiver software.
d. Your new Receiver software.
Please contact your Ross Helpline for assistance if an upgrade becomes necessary. Instruc-
tions on how to perform the upgrade will then be provided for you.
8.2 System Info
This feature provides information on the software version etc. installed on your receiver. Se-
lect
“System Info”
using the
s
/
t
keys and then press
“OK”
to view. Press
“OK”
to exit the
information screen.
8.3 Calendar
The Receiver has a built in Calendar which covers the years from 1910 – 2050. Select
“Cal-
endar”
using the
s
/
t
keys and then press
“OK”
to view.
Use the
s
/
t
/ keys to select the Year and Month you wish to view.
