TRADITIONAL COOKING WITH FAN
Select the desired temperature.
Cooking mode suited to bake bread, pizzas and lasagne.
It is recommended that the oven be pre-heated. While cooking, keep the door
closed.
MULTIFUNCTION COOKING
This type of cooking allows even heat distribution to all parts of the oven.
It is possible to cook two different types of food (e.g. meat and fish) while using
their different respective cooking times.
DEFROSTING
The oven light and the green indicator light come on as for all other oven
functions.
Only the fan starts working, without propagation of heat as the thermostat is not in
operation.
The oven door must be closed. This function makes it possible to defrost foods
using only about one-third of the time that would normally be required.
