Natural Convection
For most types of cooking, the
oven must be pre-heated.
Refer to the thermostat tables for
pre-heating temperatures.
When the pre-heating has
finished, place the food in the oven
and turn the control knob to the
temperature shown in table.
Just as with cooking times, the
temperatures given act as a guide
until you become familiar with the
appliance.
Personal experience will allow you,
at a later stage, to adapt these
settings according to your own
tastes and requirements.
Reduce the temperatures slightly
for big pieces and increase it for
smaller ones.
PRE-HEATING TIMES :
* 20 minutes for temperatures
between 250°C and 280°C,
* 15 minutes for temperatures
between 150°C and 220°C,
* 10 minutes for temperatures
between 60°C and 120°C.
