When an event occurs, the LCD backlight blinks during the set time. When it 
is set to No.OFF, you can stop the blinking of the LCD backlight by checking

If the blinking of the LCD backlight is enabled,  it blinks alternatively at  the 
highest brightness and medium brightness.
