– Close the lid (4) and put the kettle on the base (9). Make
sure that the kettle lid is closed tightly.

– Select the desired temperature «60°C-70°C-80°C-90°C-
100°C» by turning smoothly the temperature control knob
(7) clockwise.
– Connect the power plug to the mains socket, the on/off
button (8) illumination will light up blue, and the indicator
(11) will light up under the preset water temperature value.
The kettle will switch to the standby mode.
Water boiling
– Select the temperature 100°C by turning smoothly the
temperature control knob (7) clockwise.
– Switch the kettle on by touching the on/off button (8)
«
» for a short time, you will hear a short sound signal,
the on/off button (8) illumination will light up blue, and
the indicator (11) will light up under the preset water tem-
perature value.
– After the water boils, you will hear three short sound sig-
nals, the heating will be switched off, the on/off button
(8) illumination will go out and the kettle will switch to the
standby mode.
Water heating to a preset temperature
– Touch the on/off button (8) «
» for a short time, you will
hear a short sound signal and the water heating will start.
Select the desired temperature «60°C-70°C-80°C-90°C»
by turning smoothly the temperature control knob (7)
clockwise. When the preset temperature is reached, the
water heating will stop, you will hear three short sound
signals, the on/off button (8) illumination will go out and
the kettle will switch to the standby mode.
Note: when the desired heating temperature is selected,
you can also turn the control knob (7) counterclockwise.
Dry boil protection
– If you accidentally switch the kettle on, but the water level
appears to be below the minimal mark, the automatic
thermal switch will be on and the kettle will be switched
off and all symbols will go out. In this case take the ket-
tle from the base (9), let it cool down for 10-15 minutes,
then fill it with water and switch it on, the kettle will oper-
ate in normal mode.
Note:
– There is a power cord storage (10) on the reverse side
of the base (9). Adjust the optimal power cord length by
folding it in a corresponding way.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
– Before cleaning disconnect the unit from the mains, pour
out water and let the kettle cool down.
– Wipe the outer surface of the kettle with a damp cloth or
a sponge. Use soft detergents to remove dirt; do not use
metal brushes and abrasive detergents.
– Regularly clean the mesh filter (3) from dirt with a soft
brush.
– Do not immerse the kettle and the base into water or any
other liquids.
– Do not wash the kettle and the base in a dishwashing
machine.
Note:
– to remove the mesh filter, press the clamp located in its
upper part.
– when installing the mesh filter, insert its lower part to the
installation place first, and then its upper part, and press
it slightly until it is fixed properly.
Descaling
– Scale, appearing inside the kettle, influences the water
taste and disturbs the heat exchange between water and
heating element and leads to overheating of the heat-
ing element and its malfunction. Burning of the heating
element caused by the scale in the kettle is not covered
by warranty.
– To remove scale, fill the kettle with water by about 75%
and then boil the water up. Fill the remaining quarter of
the flask with vinegar solution (6-9%) and leave the liq-
uid in the kettle overnight (for approximately 8 hours).
In the morning pour the vinegar mixture out of the kettle
and rinse the flask several times. To remove the remain-
ing vinegar and its smell, boil the kettle filled with ordinary
water once or twice.
– If necessary, repeat the cleaning cycle.
– You can use special detergents for electric kettles to
remove scale.
– Clean the kettle from scale regularly.
Attention! The warranty does not cover breakdown or mal-
functioning of the unit caused by uncleaned scale.
STORAGE
– Before taking the unit away for long storage, unplug it,
pour out water and let the unit cool down.
– Clean the kettle.
– Fix the power cord in the cord storage (10) on the
base (9).
– Keep the kettle in a dry cool place away from children and
people with disabilities.
