Troubleshooting
In the unlikely event of product failure, check:
Is the product plugged in?
Are the receiving ROMPA® products plugged in and switched?
Please note: This mat will only be compatible with ROMPA® Wi Fi products – it will
not operate products from suppliers other than ROMPA®
Is the power lead still connected to the power supply? The power supply does not
have a green light to indicate it is working.
Are all the air pipes still attached to the back of the switch pads (at the back of the
mat)? If not, reconnect any detached pipes
Check the 3A fuse in the plug
