Operating the appliance
• Attention: Hazard of injury!
The sharp-edged blade is still
running for a short time after switch-off. Therefore lift off the cover
of the glass jar only after complete standstill.
• Attention: Hazard of injury!
Do not touch the running blade –
neither with a spoon or similar objects!
IMPORTANT:
If the top cover/glass jar is lifted off during operation, the appliance automatically stops.
After replacing the top cover or glass jar, the appliance does not start operation automatically.
First, turn the rotary switch back to position „OFF“ and then to the desired position in order to
restart the appliance.
Maximum continuous operating time
• The appliance is designed for a maximum continuous operating time of
1 minute under full load
. If
this time is achieved, the appliance must cool down to
room temperature
. If this is not respected, the
motor may be damaged!
How to connect the appliance to the power supply
ATTENTION: Before connecting the appliance to the power supply,
make sure that it is switched off.
• Turn the rotary switch to the left to position “OFF”.
• Place the glass jar (with inserted blade unit and placed top cover) on
the base unit.
All 3 pilot lights are shining continuously at the same time:
• The rotary knob is set to “ON“ and glass jar/top cover are
correctly fi tted.
• The appliance is ready for operation.
1 pilot light is shining continuously:
• If one of the three function keys (here “ICE CRUSH“) is activated,
the corresponding pilot light is shining continuously.
