Assemble the Front Wheels
1. Remove the protective sleeve, lock nut, and washers from the front axle.
2. Slide a thick washer onto the front axle. Note: if unable to locate lock nut and
washer, they may be stuck in the protective sleeve.
3. Slide the front wheel onto the front axle (14). The concave side should face inward
4. Slide the thin washer onto the front axle.
5. Using the hex wrench, fasten the nut on the end of the axle and tighten until you
can not tighten any more.
6. Repeat steps 1-5 for the other front wheel.
