Move the Head Carriage by hand to the Capping Position.

Fix the Media thickness Checking Sensor Cable and the 

Paper Side Sensor Cable  with the Wire Saddles as shown in 

the fi gure.

Fix the Media thickness Checking Sensor Cable and the 
Paper Side Sensor Cable using a insulock tie.

Slack the cables between the insulock and 

pushmount off so that the cables are not plucked.
