3. Preparations before Use

Setting the Display Language

Procedure

Switch on the power.

Press [MISC] on the operation panel.

Press [ ] several times to display the screen shown below.

Select Language
Select: Ok:ENTER

Press [ENTER].

Press [ ] or [ ] to select the language you want.

Press [ENTER] to confirm your entry.

Switch off the power.

Confirming System Requirements

The computer requirements for setting up the machine (installing the driver and the software) are

shown below.

Operating system (OS)

Windows 10, 8.1 (32-bit/64-bit)

Processor

Intel® Core 2 Duo or later (Core i5 or later recommended)

Memory (RAM)

1 GB or more (2 GB or more recommended)

Video card and monitor

Resolution of 1,280 × 1,024 or more recommended

Hard disk

100 MB or more free space recommended

Other requirements

Internet connectivity and web browser

Ethernet port, USB 2.0 port
