Tip: go to the “Preferences” in your Plex menu and change the
default settings for “Quality” from 3.Mbps, 720p to 20.Mpbs, 1080 (the
highest setting). Even if you stream content that is of less quality than this,
Plex will automatically downgrade it to the appropriate level, which works
far better than the other way around (having your quality preferences set to
low, then downgrading automatically whenever you are streaming high-
quality content).
