

Hard Disk Maintenance

Accessing the hard disk while rebuild takes place

Rebuild time depends on the load of the system. During a rebuild 
the performance of the system will be affected and real-time pro-
cesses may not be possible. 

It is recommended to avoid accesses or to at least to restrict 
accesses to the disk array during this time, otherwise it may 
take considerably longer.
