Set Up the BIOS Settings and Desktop Icons

Deselect the Enable press and hold for right-clicking box.

Tap OK.

Right-click functionality for the touch screen is now disabled.

FactoryTalk View ME Station Software Patch

For MobileView 2711T terminals bought before May 2016, a patch is available
for the FactoryTalk View ME Station software so you can download MER files
through the Ethernet network instead of a USB storage device. There are two
ways to download this patch; as a patch or as an updated system image.

IMPORTANT

The system image includes the patch but updates only the MobileView 2711T
terminal. To update the FactoryTalk View Studio ME software (versions 8.00 or
8.10) on your personal computer, you must apply the patch.
