European Machinery Directive Approval

The following applies to products with EU Machinery Directive certification:

Are in conformity with the essential requirements of the EU Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC) when installed in accordance with the instructions contained in the 

product documentation.

The type of protection is Cat. 4/PL e according to EN ISO 13849-1 and SIL CL 3 according to EN/IEC 62061 when used in combination with the 1756-L8SP safety 

partner.

The type of protection is Cat. 3/PL d according to EN ISO 13849-1, and SIL CL 2 according to EN/IEC 62061 when not used in combination with the 1756-L8SP safety 

partner.

Comply to Standards EN ISO 13849-1:2015 and EN62061:2005 + A1:2013 + A2:2015, reference EC-Type certificate number TÜV 01/205/5611.
