Turn the paddle of both groups ( 5-6 ) to release
a cup of hot water from the group - first time
use only. Close the hot water by returning the
paddle to the start position
Open the steam handle ( 7-8 ) for some
seconds and then close it. Hot steam is dis-
pensed from the steam wand.
Caution!
This operation avoids milk re-
suction into the boiler. Wait till
the working pressure has been
reached again.
Your machine is now ready to work.
