The CAN bus cable must meet the Honeywell SDS standard.
The following table gives details of some types of CAN bus cable, grouped according
to the maximum distance covered by each single type.

For overall distances to cover of ≤200 m and networks with a maximum of 6 nodes
(a typical example: 1 DDC + 5 devices), a simple 3 x 0�75 mm

used.
As shown in Table 5.2 CAN BUS cables type

55, the CAN connection requires a CAN
bus cable with 3 wires. If the available cable has more than 3 coloured wires, use the
wires with the colours indicated in 5.2 CAN BUS cables type

55 and cut the remai-
ning ones.
