Insert key (6) in plug (1B). To remove the plug (1B), firmly press
on the key (6) and rotate it counter clockwise until the plug (1B) is
completely disengaged, as shown in figure (X4).
Apply a thin layer of white grease on the small O-ring (3) to prevent
it from wearing down due to contact with fuel. Fit the O-ring (3) in
the seat (1C) of plug (1B), as shown in the figure (X5). Insert plug
(1B) in the tank plug flange (1). Press the key (6) and turn it clock
-
wise until it stops, making sure that the plug (1C) is correctly fitted.
Important
Plug (1B) fitted in tank plug flange (1) can be removed by anyone,
therefore leave the bike unattended only in a safe place.
Inserire la chiave (6) sul tappo (1B). Per rimuovere il tappo (1B), pre -
mere sulla chiave (6) e ruotarla in senso antiorario, sino al completo
sblocco del tappo (1B), come mostrato in figura (X4).
Applicare un sottile velo di grasso bianco sull’anello OR piccolo (3),
per evitare che si deteriori a contatto con il carburante. Montare
l’anello OR (3) sulla sede (1C) del tappo (1B), come mostrato in fi
-
gura (X5). Introdurre il tappo (1B) nella flangia tappo serbatoio (1).
Premere sulla chiave (6) e ruotarla in senso orario fino a battuta,
assicurandosi che il tappo (1C) sia montato correttamente.
Importante
Il tappo (1B) montato sulla flangia tappo serbatoio (1) non è in si -
curezza, poiché smontabile da chiunque, quindi assicurarsi di non
lasciare la moto incustodita in un luogo non sicuro.
